Redefining Executive Education

ISM maintains a strong focus on quality and thus on those measures necessary to ensure the effectiveness of the institution and our academic programs. Our outcomes assessment processes are modeled on The National Institute of Standards and Technology’s Baldrige National Quality Program – Education Criteria for Performance Excellence. We assess our effectiveness in relation to the ISM’s Mission Statement.

ISM maintains an institutional focus on results and creating value. Our organization's performance measurement activities focus on key results. These results are used to create and balance value for our candidates and for key stakeholders – the community, employers, faculty and staff, partners and the public. In this section of the website, the desired learning outcomes for each program are described along with a selection of results of direct learning measures.
