The time I spent at ISM changed my life and affected positively my career. My skill in management improved, and I have now assumed the responsability of training the young engineers of my institution. The ISM programs have also gave me the sense of entrepreuneurship, with the result that I will probably launch a management consulting company before I retire from my present position.
