I joined the ISM eDBA program for several reasons. First, for the international exchange of executive experiences, skills and multicultural business practices. I joined the ISM eDBA program for several reasons. First, for the international exchange of executive experiences, skills and multicultural business practices. Second, to sharpen my career skills with a strong foundation in business knowledge. Third, to enrich my mindset and extend my appreciation of other cultures, and make more of my personal interests. Finally, the “e” in eDBA helped me balance my studies with family commitments, organize my time more efficiently, and learn new skills in a flexible way.
