I chose ISM for its international programs, its strong accreditation and the classwork and research involved in earning a DBA. My time in class and in Paris was wonderful, the student body outstanding, and the international faculty a deeply pragmatic and well-informed group of professors. Earning the DBA gave me more credibility in my company, and has put me in line for assuming more responsibility and leading larger teams. Though South Africa still considers the DBA to be overly academic, it has in fact increased my effectiveness on the job, and I see its impact every day.
