ISM offers four degree options:  the MBA, the International Executive MBA (IEMBA), the DBA, and the PhDISM offers four degree options: the MBA, the International Executive MBA (IEMBA), the DBA, and the PhD.

Each of the degrees is geared towards professionals with management experience who wish to supplement their current professional knowledge with additional theoretical and empirical experience.

MBA CANDIDATES SHOULD:
- Hold a university degree from an accredited Undergraduate institution
- Possess a minimum of three years of professional experience


Graduation Requirements:

* 33 Coursework credits (22-23 Seminars)
* 1 Master's Thesis
* 2 Professional Assessment Case Studies

IEMBA CANDIDATES SHOULD:
- Hold a university degree from an accredited four-year undergraduate institution
- Possess a minimum of six years of professional experience

Graduation Requirements:

* 22 Seminars
* Master's Thesis
* 2 Professional Assessment Case Studies

ISM IEMBA Degree
ISM DBA Degree DBA CANDIDATES SHOULD:
- Hold undergraduate and masters degrees from accredited institutions
- Possess a minimum of 10 years professional experience

Graduation Requirements:
* 21 coursework credits
* 2 Professional Assessment Case Studies
* 1 Doctoral Dissertation under the close supervision of their Director of Research and the Dean of the DBA program

ISM PhD degreePhD CANDIDATES SHOULD:
- Hold undergraduate and masters degrees from accredited institutions
- Possess a minimum of 10 years professional experience

Graduations Requirements:
* 15 DBA coursework credits
* 12 PhD coursework credits (4 research courses)
* A 15-hour academic course researched, prepared, and taught
* 2 Professional Assessment Case Studies
* 1 doctoral dissertation under the close supervision of their Director of Research and the Dean of the PhD program
