Human Resource Management in Japan Print E-mail
Does lifetime employment still exist in Japan? Did it ever? This course will look at labor mobility in Japan and elsewhere with an eye toward understanding its effect on culture, the economy and corporations. Students will be encouraged to make comparative analysis with the corporate and national norms of their own countries.
