This seminar focuses on performance management in today’s competitive global workplace through the acquisition, retention, development and improved utilization of the firm’s human assets.
It has three major objectives:
- To introduce the student to selected theories, models, and concepts from the discipline of organizational behavior that serve as the foundation for human resource management.
- To increase the student’s capacity to observe, understand/explain, predict, and control behavior in the workplace.
- To help the student understand the human resource requirements for organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
