My IEMBA from ISM was intrumental in helping me make the leap from the technical work of a car engineer to the very human work of my present position: Director of the Europe, Department of Inra Transfert. That leap was clearly reflected by an increase in salary as well. Inra Transfert is a 100% owned subsidiary of Institut national de la recherche agronomique (Institute of Agronomic Research). INRA is a public research organisation but Inra Transfert (IT) is private. Since 2004, IT has consulted INRA researchers to setup and manage large European collaborative projects and I lead that effort, which often involves from 10 to 30 Million euros for each project.
