, was elected President of the International Region of the Association of Collegiate Business Schools and Programs at the Association's annual Regional Conference in Athens, Greece.

October 17, marked the final day of the 2-week ISM Tokyo Program-2008 at Temple University Japan. Beginning on October 6, ISM students participated in 4 Seminars addressing; Doing Business in Japan, East-West Negotiation, Silver Market Phenomena, and Nation/Corporate Branding. During their residency in Tokyo, students had the opportunity to listen to several industry specialists, engage in a complex negotiation exercise involving a Japanese-US labor management dispute, and socialize as guests of Temple University's Director of Special Programs, William Swinton in traditional Japanese fashion.
