ISM congratulates MBA student Gabriela Pecicova on her achievements over the past academic year with her nomination and acceptance to Delta Mu Delta, Lambda Theta chapter, an academic business honor society. In March 2008, ISM became the first university outside of the US to join Delta Mu Delta and embrace its standards for academic achievement .

Since then, we moved quickly to identify the top student based on the overall grade point average among students that entered in September 2007. Gabriela held the edge, though several other students had very nearly earned the same results.

As the standards for this award are high, it is an honor to relish and indicative of intelligent purpose. While we expect good things from all of our students, we look forward to rewarding the special achievements of other students in the future. And, as the Delta Mu Delta motto signifies: Through Knowledge, Power- the power to manage creatively for social and economic good. In the meantime, congratulations Gabriela!
