Coherent with its mission to provide rigorous academic course work and to focus on quality, the objective of ISM is to have no courses at ISM receive less than a 70% student evaluation score. ISM students are adult learners with prior university degrees and significant working experience – they are a demanding public who take feedback seriously; hence the survey information they provide is highly valued as a quality control tool. The above table, which covers three academic years, demonstrates that ISM largely meets that objective and does so in a highly consistent manner from year to year. A comparison of averages and the medians suggest that a majority of ISM courses receive scores in the high 80’s or better.
