Dr. Thomas, who teaches Customer Relationship Management at ISM, and Dr. Timothy Wilkinson, have won the 2010 Berry-AMA Book Prize for the best book in marketing. Their book, The Distribution Trap, explains that it is time for U.S. companies to wake up to the destructive mass-marketing theories that have cut their profits, diminished their reputations, and sent American jobs overseas. The book has been called "a real page turner" and is a must read for anyone concerned with the future of business.
