In addition, the most widely used Valuation techniques in the field will be applied in a case setting. Upon successful completion of this four-day course, participants will have acquired an understanding of the ways in which private Equity groups work and be able to apply the key ideas of Corporate finance in this exciting field. Recent real world cases are used extensively in this course and participants are expected to prepare the cases before class and engage actively in the learning process.
