This interactive seminar will introduce participants to American management concepts and techniques. More specifically, this seminar will focus on the evolution of American management, planning and decision-making, contemporary organizational structures, human resource management, leadership and motivation. Participants read case studies and discuss American management in private and public sector organizations, view videos about American management practices, assess the unique features of American management, and participate in experiential exercises that will enable them to apply American management concepts and techniques in the workplace.
