K.J. Somaiya Institute of Management Studies & Research (SIMSR) hosted the 12th SIMSR Global Marketing Conference on February 9-10 in Mumbai, India. The theme was “New Age Customer Centric Marketing.” On the second day, ISM PhD candidate Diana Derval presented her research on "Designing Luxury Brands: The Neurophysiology of Shiny" and had the honor of giving the valedictory address.
