On January 24th, Patricia Murugami successfully defended her DBA dissertation. The title of her dissertation was “Impediments faced by Female Leaders in Kenya in 2006-2016: A Transformational Leadership Theory Perspective.” The dissertation jury was made up of Professor Jack Hampton (adviser), Professor Linda McNeely (second examiner and ISM PhD alumnus), and César Baena (ISM Dean and Director of Doctoral Research).
