ISM’s Director of Academic Affairs Matthew Andrews co-authored an article with Stanley J. Smits in the Journal of Organizational Psychology . The article titled “Knowing What We Know: Uncovering Tacit Knowledge for Improved Organizational Performance” reviews the evolving understanding of tacit knowledge and its role in organizational behavior.
