DBA alumnus Nina Mohadjer presented on her dissertation topic at the European Academy of Management (EURAM) conference, which took place June 14-16, 2023, at Trinity College Dublin. Mohadjer’s presentation, titled 'Women in Leadership: Gender and Cultural Diversity for Businesses in Iran,' addressed the challenges and advancements of Iranian women in leadership positions.
The EURAM 2023 conference, themed 'Transforming Business for Good,' focused on the crucial role of management scholars in driving ethical, sustainable, and performance-oriented business practices in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
