On August 2, 2017, ISM DBA candidate Troy Troublefield successfully defended his dissertation titled “Gaps in Cross-Cultural Training in the US Military: Building Cross-Cultural Competence in Service Members Assigned to South Korea.” The defense jury was made up of Professor Nicholas Harkiolakis (adviser), Professor Andrew Thomas (second examiner), and Professor César Baena (ISM’s Dean and Director of Doctoral Research).
