ISM DBA Candidate Troy Troublefield Defends Dissertation

On August 2, 2017, ISM DBA candidate Troy Troublefield successfully defended his dissertation titled “Gaps in Cross-Cultural Training in the US Military: Building Cross-Cultural Competence in Service Members Assigned to South Korea.” The defense jury was made up of ​Professor Nicholas Harkiolakis (adviser), Professor Andrew Thomas (second examiner), and Professor César Baena (ISM’s Dean and Director of Doctoral Research).
