PhD alumnus Diana Derval authored a book titled The Right Sensory Mix: Decoding Customers' Behavior and Preferences. The book discusses the latest findings on sensory marketing, a tool that aims to appeal to an audience using one of the five senses. It also includes predictive techniques for marketing managers and hands-on business cases from prominent companies. 

Derval is the chair of DervalResearch and is a Harvard Business Review contributor, award-winning author, and patented inventor.
