PhD alumnus Anthony Bagherian co-authored an article titled “Protean and Boundaryless Career Attitudes as Antecedents of Organizational Commitment—Evidence from the Indian IT Industry” examining the relationship between protean and boundaryless career attitudes and organizational commitment. The article demonstrates how decision-makers and managers can design a blueprint for employee education informed by the underlying dimensions of career attitudes and organizational commitment.
