PhD alumnus Anthony Bagherian authored an article in the International Journal of Productivity and Quality Management. The article, titled “Identification of learning organization key elements,” reveals inherent insights into the successful execution of Six Sigma in conjunction with the learning organization in the automotive industry in Europe.

Overall, the objective of this research is to investigate what elements of the learning organization (LO) culminate in the success of Six Sigma initiatives in the automobile sector.
