Professor and core faculty member Daphne Halkias is the recipient of a prestigious Emerald Literati Outstanding Paper Award. Halkias co-authored the winning paper “Assessing cross-national invariance of the three-component model of organizational commitment: a cross-country study of university faculty” which appeared in volume 13 issue 3 of the EuroMed Journal of Business.
