On January 11th, ISM's Director of Academic Affairs Matthew Andrews defended his dissertation successfully. The title of the dissertation was "Strategic Value of Tacit Knowledge and Learning Processes in a Young E-Commerce Company." The jury was made up of Professor Stan Smits (dissertation adviser), Professor J.C. Spender (second examiner), and Professor César Baena (ISM Dean and Director of Doctoral Research).
