On May 2nd, Annette Templeton defended her Ph.D. dissertation. The title of the dissertation was “The Role of Deviant Leadership on Millennials’ Employee Performance and Job Retention: A Multiple Case Study”. The jury was made up of Professor Daphne Halkias (dissertation adviser), Professor Joachim Bauer (second examiner), and Professor César Baena, ISM Dean.
