On January 26th, Anthony Osahaenye Anonyai successfully defended his PhD dissertation. The title of the dissertation was "Corporate Governance, Ownership Structure, Board Structure, and Bank Performance: Evidence from Nigeria." The jury was made up of Professor George Iatridis (adviser), Professor Michael Wynne (second reader), and César Baena (ISM Dean and Director of Doctoral Research).
