On March 15th, Mary Lupica successfully defended her PhD dissertation. The title of the dissertation was “Employment Challenges of Small to Mid-Sized Organizations Considering Employment of High Functioning Adults on the Autism Spectrum: A Multiple Case Study” The dissertation jury was made up of Professor Daphne Halkias (adviser), Dr. Dillis Viney (second examiner), and César Baena (ISM Dean and Director of Doctoral Research).
