Dr. Fan Xiucheng is a Professor of Marketing and Director of the Center for Service Marketing and Management at Fudan University. Dr. Xiucheng received a Ph.D and Masters in Business Administration and Bachelors in Optics from Shandong University.

His research interests include service marketing, relationship marketing, and branding. Dr. Xiucheng has published 16 books and over 80 papers in academic journals.
