ISM places a great deal of importance on balancing latest theory and academic knowledge with practical business experience and ‘on the ground’ expertise. All instructors teaching in ISM programs are leading experts in business and education. The hand-picked faculty from St. John's University or Baruch College and are available to ISM students throughout their seminars. When not conducting seminars for ISM, instructors stay busy with their work as CEOs and entrepreneurs, or by teaching at top universities around the globe.

Dr. Kimberly Reeve

Dr. Kimberly Reeve is an assistant professor of business and the director of the NYC City Semester – Business program at The King’s College in New York City. Prior to joining King’s, Reeve drew on her experience leading development and marketing teams at several national and global organizations to work as a consultant to businesses and nonprofits for nine years. In that capacity, Reeve traveled and worked with clients throughout the US, Europe, South America, and Asia and started the European office of Cathedral Consulting Group based in Amsterdam.

Dr. David Pollon

Raymond LaManna teaches Business Policy in the MBA and IEMBA programs at ISM. LaManna is currently the owner of his own human resources consulting firm, specializing in employee relations, training and coaching. In addition, he is Professor of Management at the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College. Mr.LaManna has extensive experience in the human resources field.

Dr. David Pollon

Dr. Joseph Onochie teaches Executive Finance and Risk Management in the DBA and PhD programs at ISM. Dr. Onochie has 15+ years experience in finance as a financial consultant, an economist, and a line-of-business executive. His experience in instructional design, content creation and client engagements has enabled his role as a consultant to span both the development and delivery functions. Since 1993, Joseph has been affiliated with the Baruch College Zicklin School of Business, City University of New York. He is an Associate Professor of Finance and, until 2012, he was the Academic Director of the Executive MBA program and the Chairman of the Graduate Committee on Academic Standing.

Dr. Matthew Wong

Dr. Matthew Wong is an Associate Professor of Finance at St. John’s University. Dr. Wong received a Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Mississippi and is a graduate of the Fordham University School of Law in New York.

Dr. David Pollon

Dr. Sterling Jasper teaches Executive Leadership in the DBA and PhD programs at ISM. Dr. Jasper is the founder and president of Sterling Coaching Solutions LLC, a business execution consulting firm established in 2007. He works with small to mid-size companies to implement strategy and improvements while maintaining and sustaining superior performance. At Sterling Coaching Solutions, our passion and mission is to optimize work teams and processes through a unique blend of training and coaching that produce high-impact results.

Dr. Nicos Scordis
Dr. Nicos Scordis is a Professor in the School of Risk Management, Insurance and Actuarial Science of the Peter J. Tobin College of Business, St. John’s University. Dr. Scordis received a Ph.D in Finance from the University of South Carolina, an M.B.A. from the University of Georgia, and a B.S. in Risk and Insurance from Florida State University.

Dr. Thomas Schwartz
Dr. Thomas Schwartz is an operations-oriented international business trainer and consultant with over thirty years of combined corporate and university training experience. Dr. Schwartz received a Ph.D from UCLA, an M.A. from Brigham Young University and a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin.

Dr. Therese Pactwa
Dr. Therese Pactwa is an Associate Professor of Finance at The Peter J. Tobin College of Business, St. John’s University.

Dr. Brenda Massetti
Dr. Brenda Massetti is an Associate Professor of Management at The Peter J. Tobin College of Business, St. John’s University. Dr. Massetti received a Ph.D in Information and Management Science from Florida State University, an M.B.A. from the University of Alabama in Birmingham, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of South Florida.

Dr. Jack Hampton
Dr. Jack Hampton is a Professor of Business at St. Peter’s University in New Jersey, a principal in the Princeton Consulting Group, and a regular contributor to Risk and Insurance magazine. He was previously dean of the schools of business at Seton Hall and Connecticut State universities.

Joseph Gilkey, Jr.
Joseph Gilkey, Jr. is an Asst. Professor, Co-Chair Consumer Institute and Director of the Bloomberg Trading Room at Saint Peter's University Adjunct Professor at St John's University, He has also taught as an Adjunct Professor at the New York Institute of Technology in Statistical Sampling and Decision Science for Management.

Dr. Leonora Fuxman
Dr. Leonora Fuxman is an Associate Professor of Management at St. John’s University. Dr. Fuxman received a Ph.D in Operations Management and a Masters in Decision Sciences from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelors in Mathematics from Kiev State University, Ukraine.
