Professor Sarfati holds a PhD in International Relations from USP, Brazil, and a specialization in Diplomacy by the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He served as VP of Webster Bank in Brazil, the Venture Capital Manager for the company Netjuice.

Sarfati teaches at the Graduate Business Administration at the Professional Master in International Management from FGV-EAESP, International Trading, White River Integrated Schools, and Programs HSM Executive Education. He has previously taught at the FIA, FAAP, Faculty Trevisan, Insper, ESPM, FACAMP, University Center Fine Arts, University Santana
